Planning Consent Granted for New House,
St.Leonards

JDA+I have recently gained planning consent for a replacement dwelling on a woodland site in St.Leonards, Buckinghamshire.

The new 4,000sq.ft pavilion style dwelling has an open plan design with habitable spaces at ground floor, bedrooms at 1st floor and utilities and storage at basement.

Its form and materiality allow it to nest modestly in the surrounding landscape and large amounts of glazing allow contrasting, beautiful views from all directions.
